We are still in a solving problem mode here in LDC. We are now installing a blend configuration with part of the AWI drill and the CPH drill. This requires a lot of programming in order to have the right power control. We are also working on the antitorque control.
What we did today:
- mounted second electronics: blocked hinge in electronics section
- sharpened antitorque blades
- opened electronics and identified broken gearbox
- full polarisation ApRES with 16 permutations of antenna configuration
- further short cores from photogrammetry array
- processed ice core at DC
