Good progress in Concordia labs today. Markus and Florian installed the Swiss saw in the cold lab and made the first tests on the motor and electronic. They also prepared an artificial ice core that will be cut tomorrow to test the alignment of the metal guides and tune the cutting. Another very productive day in LDC too as you can see from the tasks accomplished today. The logistic teams in Concordia and MZS are simply marvelous; they organized the shipment of the cargo from New Zealand to LDC in an amazing short time.

This is Antarctica!

What we did today:

- calibrated load cell - worked on electrical installations
